What time can a dedicated resource work?

They usually work during SAST and PKT business hours but adjustments are available to accommodate time zones. Please email copywriting@globitalmarketing.com for more information.

What is the difference between a dedicated resource and a manager?

A dedicated resource is someone that is dedicated to your projects depending on your number of availed hours. A manager is a person who oversees the team or the department but is not dedicated to work solely on your projects for a stipulated number of hours.

Can you do copywriting for website content like home, about, events, podcast, and contact pages?

How do you onboard new clients?

The onboarding process is really simple. You would be working as a mediator between us & the client, passing on all the information that is required to initiate the campaign. First, load a new project using your portal. After opening the Project, the Project Management team will reach out to you with Basecamp credentials.
