How do you onboard new clients?

The onboarding process is really simple. You would be working as a mediator between us & the client, passing on all the information that is required to initiate the campaign.

First, load a new project using your portal.

After opening the Project, the Project Management team will reach out to you with Basecamp credentials. Once your Basecamp account is set up, the Copywriting team will get in touch with you after reviewing your submitted requirements. You may need to fill in a form to get as much info as we can. When you & the Copywriting Team are on the same page regarding your requirements and you have approved the quotaion, work will commence and you can request an ETA.
