We suggest that you do all your Client pitches before you load a Project. As you will be able to set expectations for project timelines and costs.

It really depends on the costs that we incur. It may be annually or every 2 years.

Can I get a whitelabel copy of your pricelist?

We do not offer that service at the moment. You may however use our design and copywriting services to recreate the pricelist for your brand.

How can I check my billing history?

I received a credit voucher. How can I add it to my account?

The credit will automatically be applied on your month-end bill. However, it is always safe to mention that you received a voucher with the team assigned to you in Basecamp.

What's the currency used in your pricelist?

It depends on which Portal you have signed-up for. If you signed-up through the Australian Portal, the prices are in AUD. If you signed-up through the South Africa Portal, the prices are in ZAR. The same is true with other regions.

I want to know my running bill. How can I check that?

How do I pay my bill?

Why are your charges so low?

We offer wholesale services which is why we provide low pricing to our agencies.
