Does the web design include wireframes or sitemaps that we can show to clients for approval before moving to the development phase?

The client should send the wireframe/sitemap for the website development. Then we provide a quote according to that. 
Wireframe/Sitemap is included in the initial brief.
In addition to this A design file in figma will be shared as well so they can present it to the client before commencing development.
