What is the status of the Audit I requested?

How long will it take before I receive the Reports for the Audits?

You can expect the Reports within 3-5 business days excluding holidays. In rare cases where our Audit Team fails to send your Report through your Portal within the timeframe, please send an email to: cs@globitalmarketing.com indicating the kinds of Reports that you requested.

How will I receivce the Audit Report?

The Audit Team will upload the Reports to your Portal.

What do I do if I have not received my Audit after the alloted timeframe?

Can you prioritize my Audit Request?

We follow a queueing system on all the services that we offer and inform all our agencies via our Portal that there is a 2-3 days turnaround time for Audit Requests. However, if this is an exceptional circumstance, please send an email to cs@globitalmarketing.com

Are the Audit Reports free?

We have two kinds of audits. The Standard Audit is free. However, the customized audit is a paid service. Please email cs@globitalmarketing.com for more information.
